Christmas Killer, Volume III: The Fallout
When Henry vanished into his delusional world, and Mictlantecuhtli stepped out of it, Henry’s future remained unsettled and would be until he faced trial.
That quandary tormented George. While he wanted Henry to overcome Mictlantecuhtli hold on Henry, he knew that would likely mean a trial and either an execution or life in prison, neither of which George felt Henry deserved. However, if Mictlantecuhtli continued to possess Henry, Henry would live, but it would be as Mictlantecuhtli and in an institution for the criminally insane.
While trying to resolve this distressing dilemma, George continued to face another disruptive issue. Kathy, his high school sweetheart – currently engaged to someone else – had awakened long dormant feelings. But, George couldn’t determine if she was really interested in him, and he was reluctant to take the chance. His reticence also discouraged Kathy. What their lives could be hung in the balance.
Stirring the chaos, desires for revenge and a series of unexpected events put George and Henry on a collision course that would once again reshape their lives and the lives of others.
