Devangelizing Bethany

It is 2219 in “the acceptable year of the Lord.” In the city of Lord’s Bounty, it is 1952. It will always be 1952. It became 1952 in 2036. It became completely Evangelical Christian in 2036. It will always be Evangelical Christian. It will always be white. It will always be cloistered.

In 2215, Lord’s Bounty was the city of Bethany Kolan’s birth. It is there she grew and changed into the person no one expected her to be, especially herself.

She will thrust herself into a battle with her family, her Church, and most importantly — herself.

She will uncover a secret that endangers her. She will be used to advance her family’s ambition. She will be manipulated to break a lifelong vow. She will have to decide how important freedom and self-determination really are. Will she save herself, or pray for the Lord to save her?
